Installation Scope

From civil and structural readiness to an integrated operating system

YWT can undertake complete installation or defined work packages. Interfaces are coordinated across disciplines so that foundations, structures, equipment, piping, power, instruments and controls converge into one commissionable facility.

01 / CIVIL

Civil Works & Interfaces

Layout marking, excavation interfaces, foundations, equipment plinths, trenches, drains, sumps, cut-outs, grouting and restoration.

02 / STRUCTURAL

Structural Fabrication & Erection

Structural-steel fabrication and erection for equipment frames, platforms, walkways, ladders, handrails, pipe racks, access structures and equipment supports.

03 / MECHANICAL

Equipment Erection

Receipt inspection, unloading coordination, shifting, positioning, alignment, grouting and assembly of packaged and loose equipment.

04 / PIPING

Piping & Valves

CS, SS, FRP, HDPE, PP and compatible piping systems, supports, valves, utility tie-ins, flushing and pressure testing.

05 / ELECTRICAL

Power Distribution

Panels, cable trays, power and control cabling, motors, earthing, termination, identification and electrical testing.

06 / INSTRUMENTATION

Field Instruments

Instrument mounting, impulse and sample lines, junction boxes, cabling, calibration and loop checking.

07 / AUTOMATION

PLC, HMI & SCADA

Control-panel integration, I/O verification, interlocks, logic testing, communication and operational visualisation.

08 / FINISHING & PROTECTION

Surface Protection

Preparation, painting, protective coating, identification, insulation interfaces and corrosion-protection requirements appropriate to the service environment.

Interface Management
Installation quality is determined at the points where disciplines meet.
Civil–StructuralFoundation loads, inserts, anchor bolts, base plates, levels and erection tolerances.
Structural–MechanicalEquipment loads, access platforms, lifting clearances, pipe supports and maintenance access.
Civil–MechanicalFoundation levels, anchor positions, access, drainage and maintenance clearances.
Mechanical–PipingNozzle orientation, stress-free connections, supports, slopes, vents, drains and isolation.
Electrical–EquipmentConnected loads, cable routes, starters, protection, earthing and rotation checks.
Instrument–ControlRanges, locations, cabling, I/O mapping, alarms, interlocks and control philosophy.
Plant–UtilityWater, drains, power, air, steam, chemicals, exhaust and battery-limit coordination.

UPCOMING CAPABILITY

Semiconductor Process Water & Ultrapure Water Installation

YWT India is developing a dedicated installation capability for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities in association with experienced Israeli technology partners.

The planned offering will address high-purity process-water and UPW packages, distribution interfaces, specialised piping, instrumentation, controls and integration with wastewater and critical utility systems.

Important: This is presented as an upcoming capability and partner-led development initiative. It is not represented as an already executed YWT India semiconductor project reference.
