Mechanical Completion
Equipment installation, alignment, piping, supports, valves, access, drains, vents, labels and punch categorisation.
Structured preparation, cleaning, passivation, commissioning and stabilisation—followed by practical lifecycle support for water, wastewater, ZLD, cooling and critical utility systems.
Plan Start-Up SupportA disciplined start-up verifies that the plant is complete, clean, safe and aligned with the approved process before water, chemicals, biomass or production streams are introduced.
Equipment installation, alignment, piping, supports, valves, access, drains, vents, labels and punch categorisation.
Insulation and continuity checks, motor rotation, calibration, loop checks, I/O verification, alarms and interlocks.
Power, raw water, drains, instrument air, steam, cooling, chemicals, laboratory and safe disposal arrangements.
P&IDs, control philosophy, OEM instructions, chemical procedures, test formats, SOPs and emergency controls.
Authorised operators, vendor representatives, EHS coverage, communication and escalation responsibilities.
PTW, LOTO, chemical handling, confined spaces, stored energy, temporary arrangements and abnormal-operation response.
Control requirement: Cleaning chemistry, concentration, temperature, circulation time and acceptance criteria must be selected for the metallurgy, lining, elastomers, membranes and OEM limits. Spent cleaning solution must be neutralised and disposed of through an approved route.
Qualification: Passivation is undertaken only after compatibility and risk review. The final procedure must follow applicable metallurgy, equipment-manufacturer recommendations and site EHS requirements.
Scheduled inspection, calibration coordination, operating review and early identification of deterioration.
Root-cause investigation, remote support, site visits and corrective-action planning.
Critical spares, membranes, media, instruments, dosing components and planned replacement support.
Application-specific water and wastewater chemicals, monitoring and dosage optimisation.
Recovery, chemical use, energy, blowdown, sludge, cleaning frequency and lifecycle-cost improvement.
Debottlenecking, equipment replacement, automation improvement and integration of new treatment stages.
Defined service visits, response structure, reporting and preventive-support coverage.
PLC/HMI/SCADA modifications, instrument checks, data visibility and reporting support.
Refresher training, SOPs, test methods, log sheets, safety and abnormal-condition response.
Share the system scope, metallurgy, equipment list, present completion status, utilities and planned start-up date. YWT can define the cleaning, passivation, commissioning and support programme.
